Built on a Builder's Obsession

Shapes and Spaces began with our own build — a family residence in DHA where we acted as owner, planner, and site manager at once. We wrote the agreements, sampled the polish shades, argued the pour sequences, and learned exactly where construction in Karachi goes wrong: vague scopes, verbal promises, and finishing left to chance.

So we built a company around the opposite. Written agreements with every vendor. Samples approved before production. Timelines with real penalties. Weekly photographed progress. It is not complicated — it is just rarely done.

We are based in Karachi and currently focused on premium residential construction in DHA and adjacent schemes.
